I don’t think there are many passengers actually connect onto EK at STN from DND as the connection is not that great. Makes more sense to go over to EDI and get a one stop change.
The main reason for the EK tie up is to connect the islands into GLA & EDI and on to DXB and beyond.
Moving the DND service to SEN will prob mean cheaper landing fees than STN, and I’m sure Stobart will have some sort of deal in place for LM already based on ABZ, GLA and now CAX.
I think more business travel could come back if they moved to LCY again and increased to 3 x Daily (add a midday option to London).
LM re-adding a service to BHD again could be a good use of assets given the Saab 340 sits in Dundee all day parked up.
