The pusher prop Citation II was purely an exercise to see if Piaggio knew something that Cessna did not already know.
The Citation IIs that I flew did not have t-tails.
That particular aircraft with the pusher props looks like it has a Citation III fin and tailplane.
It looks like a Citation II wing and fuselage.
With the pusher props the tailplane of the CII family would have been in the line with the prop spinner.
