Reading through the scheme of charges it would appear that the reference to Table 36 is an error and should have read Table 34!
On that basis the fee payable to convert to a DTO is £56 and the annual continuation fee payable from 1st April 2020 is £136
To start a new DTO it is £181.
What a shame they no longer check things for accuracy and English before they publish them.
