whenever the runway is limited, when using higher than normal approach speeds, landing on slippery runways or landing in a crosswind."
The original post clearly stated: "Similar to a recent difference of opinion that arose re use of autobrake for
landing on a long into-wind dry runway."
Clearly the runway concerned was not limiting. There was no justification for the F/O concerned for such a petulant action which was beyond comprehension.
