if you get recruited by Turkish Airlines that means you have been chosen to be the best 500 in 140000 applicants (That number is only for 2018).
There is one big difference between being a first officer at Turkish Airlines and REX. Take your choice . At Turkish Airlines CRM is non-existent according to a colleague who was a new F/O on the A320. You can expect to be slapped across the face by the military trained captains, have flight plans thrown at you and hit over the head with the QRH. This colleague stuck it out for two years and then got out from under and went to another Middle Eastern carrier where hand flying was forbidden apart from the takeoff run and up to 500 feet then at 300 feet on final permitted to disengage the autopilot and fly by hand for the next 45 seconds only to touchdown . He was grateful for that because at least he wasn't continually humiliated like at Turkish Airlines. They call it "culture"..

If you were chosen because you were considered to be "one of the best" in 140,000 applicants" does that means the rest were camel drivers? Seriously though, best of luck with REX. No doubt there are good people there and you don't need armour plating on your head
