Firstly remember that HEAPS of people suffer from high BP, thats why there are so many drugs, (all effective, depending on your individual case) avaialble. The second thing I would say is buy your self a home monitor. Today, they are as good as the one the doctors use, and you may be surprised, you have normal BP, only goes up as medical appears.
