Bear - regretfully that's the way it is in those parts
But a mate of mine who worked in Jakarta said he knew of a couple of Dutch graves beside an old house above Bogor - right off the beaten track - which dated back to the 1880's - and they were kept immaculately - stone scrubbed down, moss removed and flowers every month - all by the locals . They had no idea who the people were or why it had become something they did but they did do it... no pay, no thanks, no fuss
