There was a longer discussion in one of the threads closed of this issue. We figured out that the resolver was providing two phase shifted sine/cosine signals. And knowledgeable people have suggested, that one of those two signals might have been slured or offsetted by some electical fault in the harness.
And others (including me) have questioned if there was missing some sort of signal validation one would assume is state of the art.
