No airport based car hire but passengers are met by a single car hire company which is a small local company whose booking website doesn’t work on my iPad. I have found that when there is little or no competition hire charges can be eye watering. At Luton I can pay half the price I do at Inverness for the same dates but even Inverness has from memory 3 car hire companies based at the airport
