Another implicitly racist suggestion that it is only those darn third worlders who could possibly have captured regulators. Unfortunate for you, as of right now, the FAA is the only regulatory authority that we can prove beyond doubt has been both captured and whose lower standards have contributed to the loss of over 300 lives. Unless you have any evidence that the ECAA made a similar contribution to these two crashes, perhaps it would be better to keep such racist dog whistles to yourself?
