I had a ride today from Belfast on the first one back to Carlisle. Pleased to see 21 passengers on the inbound to Belfast and 16 on the return to Carlisle (including two who had just come in!). Cabin crew from Newcastle base with Nyx flight deck (I assume).
I did wonder what LGNC was doing parked there when we got in! Did notice another Saab on the far side, assume that is Nyx’s spare that they’ve decided to have in Carlisle just in case? Good of them if so, allows a quick swap should anything happen, crew dependent.
Good to see an enthusiastic taxi driver on the free shuttle from/to town, who was very clued up on the whole operation and indeed dedicated to it for the three month trial.
