I think A320 Type rating course is more common in Europe than other countries. Under the circumstances you will find a number of schools providing type rating course for EASA holder. However, the issue is money.....
EASA is very expensive including conversion process.
Not sure but if you are not EU passport holder, finding job would be difficult task to accomplish...that is my thought
