Yes, we have salary delay, for example, every 10th is the contract payment day for last month, while the actual payment day might be 1-2 weeks later. As far as I work here for 1.5 years, no delay for 4 weeks or above.
With route expanding, our pilot can fly around 75 average, FO can fly 85 hour average. While we pay according your flying hours. captain is 120USD/hour.
Why don’t you fix it? That’s kind of like your job. You expect your aircraft to leave on time, but not salaries?
