Sadly, there is absolutely no law about making up a complete fairy-tale which then gathers followers - no matter how immoral leading people on is. Besides, in his mind, it’s probably all legit! The only time is where individuals take out proceedings for defamation and/or loss and then a simple letter from a solicitor should work, assuming logic is applied on receipt – which is highly doubtful in this case.
