The only cadets who are getting hired without time on type or even without the TR are those going to national carriers, or those who were very lucky and knocked on the right door at the right time (airline starting operations, need 4 cadets ready on the spot, that sort of thing). In the West it is possible now to get a job without a TR (at least it was last year from what I heard) but the salaries are abismally low.

Search for opportunities for sponsored positions in your own country or take the path of starting in general aviation and building your career from the bottom up (like it should be!!).

Some cadets I know sold their family real state and put 300k USD on a line training. Then we all wonder how such things like the credit crunch and the ponzi schemes are still going on in the 21st century.
I appreciated your comment.

i see...now I understand type rating without line training is not right thing to start...

I am aways from flying for many years and struggling to find a job so I may have to consider type with line training also but it need money to start so I will work few more years to save enough fund to start training.

life is very tough.

well.. as you recommended, I should look for airline job in my country but airlines in my country only hire freshman just graduated from prestigious universities as a cadet so I have no chance to join airline in my country. In my country pilot consider as elite job so pilot job is opened for only certain people. That is problem for me...

I will keep working for not flying job and save money few more years then.
