True my mistake
Shouldn't have used "Foreign",
Total debt is the position and yup US Federal Debt is $22.6 Trillion, Russian debt is 12.6 Billion Rubles ($200 Billion). The Debt as a % of GDP is however correct but it is based on 2017. Based on current US is 116% and Russia is circa 8%.
Russia's trade surplus is close to $200 Billion per annum. US trade deficit is $600 billion per annum.
