I've tried searching the thread but without success but I apologise if this might have been mentioned before. I know a few posters have a few theories about what is wrong with Jason but I think he is a narcissist.
https://www.helpguide.org/articles/m...-disorder.htm/ He demeans and bullies others who stand up to him, he exploits others without any shame or guilt, he has an overblown sense of entitlement, he needs constant praise and he lives in a fantasy world with delusions of grandeur. Whether its the charities, the grand HQ and plans for Primark Air in Thailand, the attacks on anyone who challenges him (Diffident etc) , and the demands to meet the Home Sec to discuss his wife's visa. Everything he says or does fits the bill.
