Do not worry, they are providing more cycle lanes, and of course this is not the final plan. More car parks in top left corner, sort of parkway where they charge you to drop off and also go to the terminal(s) but it will be in the ULEZ so a further charge as well.

Tunnels to access all terminals but it is in a flood plain so bring your wet suit.
