This is because ENG 1+2 Fire bottle 1 squibs A+B are supplied by the 28VDC HOT BUS (direct from batteries)

And ENG 1+2 Fire bottle 2 squibs A+B are supplied by the 28VDC BUS 2 (from TR2)
