LM have been experiencing disruption to there ops at NWI for the last few days. A number if flights have either cancelled or experienced long delays. It looks like this is due to a problem with G-SAJT, which has been on the ground since Friday evening.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is with this aircraft?.

LM currently have at least 2, possibly 3 spare jet aircraft sat on the ground in ABZ. I am surprised that one of these wasn’t flown to NWI on Sunday to add some stability to the operation after the disruption on Saturday.

A SF3 had to be positioned from GLA this morning due to lack of a spare or replacement aircraft at NWI. This mornings MAN was delayed by over 3 hours as a result. As a result of this delay, the lunch time NWI-EDI-SVG-EDI-NWI service was delayed 4 hours ex NWI. In a effort to minimise the delay to the rest of this service. LM decided to position a ER4 to EDI at lunchtime to take over the operation of the EDI-SVG-EDI part of this service.
Doesn't reflect to well on this comment from the launch...

Loganair launches two new jet routes from Aberdeen

Loganair already has strong operational bases in both Aberdeen and Norwich – a route which can be served with a strong level of resilience due to the availability of aircraft and engineering support at both ends – making the routes a natural fit in the Loganair network.
