Polish Nationals get a passport and/or national identity card to prove their nationality, however, they don't get any documents to prove residency (residency card is only available to foreign nationals such as Germans permanently living in Poland) - by residency, I understand someone who permanently lives in Poland.
As part of the present EU28, can an EU member discriminate against citizens from most of the other member states?
Defeats the concept of free movement, and one of the fundamental 4 freedoms......
