The problem with this is that his wife is now taking serious abuse and threats regarding him. She is not even involved in this and has begged him to stop....
I think it's now blindingly obvious that he needs professional intervention, for his own sake, for his wife's and family's sake and for the sake of the many thousands of Jet staff who are looking to him to help them out. The question is - what, if anything, can we do to help?
