I get an acceleration equal to 5.04g. a = 4(pi^2)r/(T^2)=4(3.14^2)(0.8)/(0.8^2) = 49.35 m/s^2, convert to g by dividing by 9.8 = 5.04g. That is probably unconscious in the absence of experience or a strain maneuver.
