In the 1990's I did some part time flying for a wealthy individual with a very nice Cessna 421C. He was a very proficient pilot but did a lot of one day trips. On those he would take me and fly the morning leg to the meeting but insist I fly the leg back home at the end of the day as he would be tired and not have his head in the game.
