I have no time for this fellow but I feel I ought to mention a couple of thoughts here:
Some of the statements in earlier posts may be construed as malicious. I would imagine a smart lawyer may be able to make a case or two there.
Other statements here seem to have taken bits of information without looking at the broader picture. For example, much has been made of sentiments along the lines of "Companies House will be along shortly to kick his front door in" as Atmosphere have not filed a recent return. Under Section 480 of the Companies Act a dormant company (and Atmosphere is dormant) is exempt from submitting audited accounts. Atmosphere have indeed submitted a financial filing in July 2018 and the proper format for a dormant company, as required by the rules. I presume that would mean the next filing would be due in July 2019. So that "drama" can now be dropped.
Someone in an earlier post mentioned an address of "Broadend Lane". That's pretty poor as the address given is "Broadend Road".
Elsewhere, there is mention of "Wisbech Cambridgeshire". Is it really? As far as I can tell, that post code, while part of Wisbech, is actually located in Walsoken, Norfolk. (It is on the county border).
The big deal being made of the "White House" part of the address is a red herring. My son spent some time delivering for Parcel Force and it was one of the banes of that job; house names with no numbers. Some times he had to knock at properties nearby to ascertain where on the road that particular named house was. In his current job as a High Court Sheriff, the same problem arises. However, a great deal of his current work involves serving notices (usually insolvencies) and I can say that, the words used at Companies House may be well meaning but are really meaningless. If they find a business or individual has moved address, they then locate and confirm the new address and the writ or whatever they are attempting to serve is re-written with the correct, confirmed current address and is served accordingly.
Finally, one thing that seems to have escaped the notice of all the Companies House sleuths here is a major discrepancy in addresses recorded by Companies House. The registered address given on the company registration application are as follows (in precis):
Jason Unsworth 26 Grampian Grove CM1 2HJ; Gayna (Mr) Unsworth 26 Grampian Grove CM1 2HJ; Donald Unsworth 26 Grampian Grove Broadend Road Wisbech PE14 7BQ. A Grampian Grove in both Chelmsford and Wisbech? Perfectly feasible of course, but 2 people named Unsworth with matching street addresses miles aprt, in different counties? I doubt that. Incidentally, Gayna Unsworth is listed as "Former name: Jason".
Finally, all addresses given are correspondence addresses. From experience in a previous job of mine, tracing people who have run off, leaving behind big debts etc, both business and personal, I can tell you the number of these correspondence addresses that end up being a hole in the wall/rent a post box type addresses is phenomenal. However, I think we should dismiss ideas of the address being bogus; Donald Unsworth is listed on the electoral roll at Broadend Rd. PE14 *** for years 2002 to 2004 and 2018/19.
Having said all that, I would go back to my opening remarks and advise a little caution when making comments re Jason's employment, claims on government cash (JSA) etc. Not because I think there is anything special about the man but because I get the feeling that a lot of the comments here are based on either wrong or misinterpreted information.
