I agree. But did you notice that neither is called The White House?
If you want to officially call your home "The White House" or anything really instead of using its allocated house number you have to go through local Council approval. It would mean that you HAVE to display a sign saying "The White House" or whatever so that RM can carry out their legal duty and can deliver letters, Writs, junk mail etc etc to your property.
BTW - COULD it be that the name is WBs little joke? As it POTUS's current address?
