I don't believe in spending lots of money on a APS MCC, for reasons I have explained on another thread. Not going to repeat it here.
As for Ryanair, generally everybody who applies gets a chance, I never heard anyone applying for Ryanair not getting an interview at some stage. As a first job, they are ok, after not so much in my opinion.
I would hope a FTO have more than 1 good instructor to rely on.
I would say one general advice though, never agree to put all the money up front, pay in stages as you progress. This to ensure you do get trough the different parts in a timely manner, and if you later discover you are not happy with the FTO, you can leave at any time. Never pay large amounts up front for a full course.
I have seen guys get burnt with this before when they paid for a TR course up front, and during their training the company went bankrupt.
