Excuse the pedantry, but it's not a check ride - just one hour of dual training - and the instructor can only sign if he or she is authorised under EASA to do so. If so authorised the instructor must also ensure you have completed the requisite minimum 12 hours, 6 of which must be PIC, plus at least 12 take offs and landings, all during the second year of the validity.............
