1. Don't know
2. A transmitter is TX and a receiver is RX. TR = Transmitter / Receiver.
3. Don't know. But we used to have Telex and then Sita messages but none of the aircraft I flew on could receive them on board.
4. True heading as opposed to Magnetic Heading.
