Indeed he is. He's perfect for the job. In a way Britain needs him. His entirely predictable disastrous reign as PM will finally scupper the Eton educated elite hold on power.
​​​​​​The fact that the Torys think that another bumbling toff is the ideal candidate for PM in the face of a populist backlash tells you how out of touch with the people they are.
This "Eton educated elite" myth is really hard to shake. Since WW2 we have had precisely 3 OEs as prime minister, Harold MacMillan - certainly a toff but by no means bumbling, Alec Douglas Home (ok, I'll give you bumbling toff there), and David Cameron, hardly a "toff" in the accepted sense. As for the present cabinet, since the departure of Boris the total of OEs is precisely zero.
