From your point of view rather than everyone else. If their product is "poor" then their market competitors must be absolutely dire? They have modern fully refurbished and consistent interiors, offer inflight entertainment on almost all flights, hot inflight meals with a named celebrity chef, a "Plus" upgrade product option on short haul flights and a pre-order duty free shopping option if that's your thing too.

For holiday and leisure customers that is a very decent offering i would say. Yes seat pitch is basic, but it is in line with their competitors and the aircraft are in the same config as many other airlines using the type. You have the option to pre-select an extra legroom seat if that's your issue.

As for the tour operation side, again their product is inline with their competitors along with a few new refreshed offerings such as Cooks Club and Sentido resorts - showing they are trying to move with the times and give a more modern option to a section of the market.
