Just wondering if anybody knows what a Part 66 Cat B Licence is the equivalent of in the academic world?
I understand it can go towards an Aircraft Engineering BEng(Hons) at certain colleges but I was wondering if anybody had used it to be able to gain access to other academic qualifications outside of aviation?

There is no direct equivalent, but you can get college credit points by presenting the EASA part 66 syllabus. The same applies to the FAA A&P license.
