Wrong section for this, I'd expect to see it move, but you'll have more luck over at Instructors/Examiners.
You should have listed them when you applied for your EASA licence, and they will appear on the back of the licence as previously held ratings. If they are not there, you will have to prove the grandfather rights in order to complete a straightforward renewal, otherwise you may have to redo the intial training.
Either way, whatever the ratings in question are, EASA Part-FCL will have all the answers you need for renewal guidance.
