Depending on the source the cost of housing expenses dropped about 30% in 2018. Considering the VAT and inflation in consumer goods.... unless EK has reduced housing allowances everyone is making more money! Unless, of course, someone made a poor choice and purchased in Dubai! For those who are renting and still receiving their housing allowance they have done quite well for themselves
