I am currently working for an established airline as No2 at LHR. Not really enjoying it and have always wanted to work for VS. If I am going to do it the time to make the move has to be now as age is catching up with me. The only thing that I worry about is taking a massive pay-cut. Can anyone tell me honestly what I can expect to earn in allowances on top of the basic as a Junior at VS? I know it depends on the trips rostered, but just a general idea would be appreciated.
