The ratings never transferred when I got the EASA as they were not current, is it just a case of a renewal or something more complex?
That mostly depends on how long ago they have lapsed. But in any case you will need a training organisation (ATO) for a renewal, so the best thing to do is to get in contact with one that can do your ratings. There is not much else what one can do, even the authorities will direct you to them.
