@2unlimited: I am replying to your question if the security rules are that you can not have a juice with you then you can not if its explained to you when you buy the ticket. That is how I see it. You know its not MANDATORY to fly so its your choice to accept the terms and fly or do not accept and take your car with whatever you want in the trunk and as much as you can fit inside.

As for the link you pasted its once again a steward that is cabin crew who are complaining about pension.... still no Polish pilots complaining. And I started to laugh when I read about paying 5000 PLN to ZUS to get a pension anyone who does it should get economic darwin award prize. The Polish state have already taken peoples pensions TWICE since the fall of communism. So anyone paying maximum ZUS and trusting the state will deliver pension..... they will do better to give it poor people than to politicians if they want to help someone by paying more tax than they have to.

Oh and 2340 Euro for a FO is rather nice compared to 1750 Euro you get unless you fly more than 70 hours per month at for example Nordica (if the info about salaries is true). But the point is you said we get to fly 900 hours and now you say its only 30 hours (while in reality its more per month its just the minimum) so decide what is true. Oh and if you fail to live in Poland on 2340 Euro then you are probably driving taxi all the time and eating at restaurants only plus renting a 200 m2 flat. For Polish people its unimaginable how someone can say its barely survivable.

See here: https://www.pilotjobsnetwork.com/jobs/Ryanair_Sun it says 164,5 Euro per hour for Captains it means 900 x 164,5 Euro = 148 050 Euro IN POLAND with minimum tax. No wonder no Polish pilot will say its bad and 400 euro extra for working on your off day. It sounds like better than Emirates if the webpage is true.

Oh and if a pilot have to sit delayed all the time a polish one will take 148 050 Euro any day with 19 % deductable tax instead of a fixed much lower salary with 32 % tax. Even when not getting paid for days when fatigue its probably possible to fly some other day if the demand is so high and get the 900 hours and netto salary that cannot match anything you get from SAS or NAS in Norway EVER. Not to mention the cost of living.

A cooperative model in business is VOLUNTARY just mark the word it makes the whole difference between capitalism&freedom vs socialism where things are MANDATORY because the government said so, and no negotiations no "I resign" in socialism what government does is mandatory and you can not resign from the terms your government makes. Do you understand the difference between being forced and doing something because you choose to?

So instead of writing how no one should get to be self employed because you do not like to live in Eastern Europe..... maybe check a nice home in nice countryside and see if you can like it so you too can get 148 050 Euro yearly if you are Captain or when you become Captain instead of writing that no one should be able to be paid a salary with such a low tax because you probably do not get such a salary.
