I work for an airline which has changed it's policy on this several times over the years, and TBH I'm not sure what you are expecting because the answer is that there no single answer to your question.
Some airlines will simply take the Class One on face value, others will ask for a Class One plus access to your medical records with a view to possibly inviting you to a company medical if they have doubts, some airlines will always insist on a company medical in addition to the Class One.
You might get a response more to your satisfaction if you could tell us if you had a particular airline or airlines in mind.
