@2unlimited: So how is that compared to alcohol that is legal and available ? It was much worse in the US in 20s with all the cartels, dealers and alcohol mafia and people who wanted to drink still drank whatever they could get just used even more money that went straight to the mafia. You miss the point, the suffering in South America is what is happening BECAUSE of the laws that equal to the US law in the 20s about alcohol. The alcohol drinkers did not disappear in the US because it was illegal to drink.... so the drug users will not disappear when its illegal to use them. And the suffering will go on forever with all the mafia and cartels who actually say the same thing that you do because legalizing would destroy the mafia like it did with alcohol mafia in US.

So imagine that alcohol is legal everywhere but neither my mother or anyone I know keep putting in themselves a dose of alcohol that make them black out or lie on the ground and barf. SO why do you believe that if drugs were legal those people would start doing them. Would you seriously put a dose heroine in your body just because it was legal? I would not do it even if I got paid a lot of money to do it..... seriously people got their minds. And those who wish to use drugs will do so even if it is illegal and they will fuel the mafia and all the suffering you saw to an infinity.

Oh and as for the children if you raise your children in a way that they would use drugs if they were legal..... well then you will have no clue if they do not use them illegally. Its actually about knowing what is dangerous and what is not dangerous. Just like with alcohol you should know how much you can drink and that a vodka bottle is not the same as a beer bottle. And people should also know that if they do drugs even if they are legal they will never get many jobs because companies will not accept drug users at least those who use the most hardcore drugs like heroine or use other drugs all the time (just as no one will employ an alcoholic to do a job that require responsibility..... oh maybe except electing one for president (like Jelcyn in Russia) but that is just the beauty of mob rule through politicians instead of a constitution and rule by law.

As for liberties the limits are pretty clear: You can do whatever you wish as long as you do not harm other people or their property. It means you are free to live your life as you wish but you cannot force anyone else to live like you wish if they are not willing. And it will be a perfect lawful society with police, courts and jails. Just people will be jailed for doing someone or someones property harm as simple as that, and not for doing stuff that do not harm anyone or preventively. It would be an absolute rule of law having a constitution with certain rights that no politician could just mix with like he see fit.....

Like 40 years ago people were outraged about things that today are completely legal even in Norway (where people were outraged about color TV when it came actually) so in the future I believe there will be more freedom except for places where green socialists, pure socialists, national socialists or communists grab the power. Because I believe you will not deny that for example Rødt and SV are socialists or that MDG are green socialists or that for example Golden Dawn in Greece are national socialists ?

I will hope instead that we can reduce what politicians can decide and govern to the absolute necessary minimum.

PS. Why do you delete your previous posts? It makes it impossible for anyone reading to understand the discussion.....
