Not specifically a company medical, but BA ask you to bring a form to your GP to fill in that requests disclosure of any prior medical history and recent visits to the GP. If your CAA medical records and that form tie up then you will most likely have no issues, if they don't then you will probably be asked in for a discussion with the company AMEs...
Goes without saying, always be 100% open and honest with medical history, the truth will out eventually.
