Who knows. It's Japan. Anything can happen.
From what I understand, that money that went to the "bonus" was because the ANA pilots union would not allow foreign pilots to be paid more than they do, comparing salaries vs salaries. Hence the company put in this bonus. It's there now, but who knows when/if it will still be there.
