I have spent a considerable time in Thailand over two decades Jan and never come across anyone flying private float planes.There was a brief period where a Cessna Caravan on floats was based in Phuket years ago but nothing came of it. I have managed to enjoy some flying in Thailand over the years but for someone on vacation the only opportunity is as a passenger at the few clubs in the south.
