I know this will not help very much but it’s not much use to share a single Boeing roster, as there is much variation in what you can end up with. 8 days off is not a maximum but as has been mentioned, it’s not unusual to see 8 days off a month. However it has been many months since I last had this personally, plus my rosters were generally better when I was a F/O as well.
