Class 1 Medical & Company Medical

Hi there,

I have a question about Class 1 and Airline Company medicals which I have not been able to answer through online research myself.

What does the Company Medical entail? (I already know what a Class 1 entails)
Do all airlines have Company medicals or do some of the smaller ones just accept a Class 1 (or do none of them do this)? (eg: do Easyjet/Ryanair/Cityjet/Aerlingus all have Company Medicals?)
Is it possible/likely to pass a Class 1 and fail a Company Medical?
Also, for cadets, when is the Company Medical completed? Pre-training begins?

Please only post factual answers that you know to be true, I don't want opinions of what should be etc... just the facts (as I said can find none of this through online searches myself)
