Does anyone know whether First Aid Certificate and RSA are required to have prior to Assessment Centres or how it works? Which Certificates would one require as these can vary state to state (RSA) Also I don't think the Senior First Aid Certificate even has that title anymore. If you’ve been assigned an assignment day then I’d just wait to see what the outcome of that is before you get them.
Once you attain a certificate all of them are nationally recognised, so once you have the foundational skills it’s sometimes just a requirement to stay current/refresh. You’d still need to supply a criminal record. So your other achievements could be included with your receipt of purchase for record. 😊 good luck.
