I'm aware this is a very old thread, but neverthless I have decided to bring it back alive because it pinpoints some doubts I have in regard to aircraft performance and declared distances.

Which calculations we would have to do in such a situation? I know that in an unbalanced field one can use a stopway or clearway to raise the takeoff weight by using a higher or lower V1. Was this called ''different values''?
