The catch that I found was that you aren't eligable (Read entitled to work in the US) for a job until you have an e3. If your not eligable then you can't get the rotor transition money. Oh and to get an e3, you need an LCA which they won't give you unless you have all of the hours.

That was the word from the few regionals I dealt with...... I haven't communicated with XJT.
