Here's what's available on AW's expat hiring but I'm not sure what to make of it. If you look at the link below, there are 5 FO positions listed for 2019. #3, 4, 5 have 2019 start dates, one of which is listed as E3. So, what is AW doing about hiring expats ? I can't tell from the info listed:

Buddy of mine was on the hiring panel there at AW and said they were having a really hard time recruiting. Not surprised they’d be after E3 candidates.
