During normal operations of a plane, the only place one is likely to stall is on turn base to final and then you are likely to be too low to do anything about it anyway
Um, no, I don't think so. I think that part of the point of the stall training is so that you
can recover easily with that amount of height.
Most people turn final
hundreds of feet above the ground. You shouldn't need that much height to recover from a stall.
