I have some experience with the US Acela express
high speed trains in heavily treed rural areas along the East Coast. While trespassing along the tracks (historical purposes) all you can hear is a hissing sound from around the bends. That is a signal to immediately clear the tracks and embed yourself in trackside reeds to hide. From experience you have about a half hour to vacate the area before the RR police show up.
